About A2Z Cafe

Serving Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Keystone at the Crossing

Over 10 Years In Business

Aloha! We’re betting you didn’t know there was an island located on the far northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana! It’s called the A2Z Café and we’ve been quietly hiding in plain sight since October of 2014.

My husband Tom and I would like to welcome you to a place that some have referred to as a “magic café”. Why magic? It’s simple, we watch as guests come in expecting yet another run-of-the-mill restaurant, the kind that makes dining out a chore, but then ‘POOF!’… they leave with smiles, full bellies and promises of coming back again… often after leaning in to hug one of us or our staff.

Magic! Sure, some may find that odd, but we think it’s a spontaneous ‘thank you’ from our guests for treating them like old friends. You see, Tom and I believe that not only serving delicious food is part of operating a great restaurant, but also sharing the warm hospitality that used to be found in Mom & Pop diners and cafes in small towns across the country.

A Family Owned Restaurant

As kids of the ‘60’s and ‘70’s, we remember stopping at those independent restaurants on family vacations, by car of course! No fancy chains, just quaint, cozy and sometimes tacky but wonderfully welcoming hole-in-the-wall places. Always good food, good values and good people.

Stop In And See Us

A2Z Café was dreamed up with that in mind by two people who wanted to offer up one last restaurant that would remind people that there is still room in our fast-and-now society for a meal that is served to order by folks who genuinely care.

You may wonder as you read our menu why there is a selection of Island Favorites nestled in with traditional Midwest fare. Gina is from the Philippines. A typical meal for her family always included rice rather than bread. As a nod to those cultures like Gina’s, she felt including even a few would be just enough to remind them of their comfort food. Why Hawaii? We just love the Aloha spirit of the islands!

From our Kitchen staff to our Dining room staff to the Owners, we want you to experience what is missing in so many eateries these days… Great food and great hospitality in a warm and unpretentious setting! We would love to share it with you and hope you’ll give A2Z Café a try.

Mahalo until we meet again,
Gina and Tom Rosenow
