Hawaiian Plate Lunch with Kalau Pork
Kalau pork served with a scoop each of steamed rice and macaroni salad.
Hawaiian Plate Lunch with Shoyu Chicken
Shoyu Chicken served with a scoop each of steamed rice and macaroni salad.
Aloha Benedict
English muffin topped with Portuguese sausage, grilled pineapple, poached eggs and real hollandaise sauce. Served with breakfast potatoes, sliced tomatoes or fresh fruit cup.
